Imagine hearing the sea lap onto the beach, gulls crying in the air, and the crunch of people walking over pebbles. That may provide enough to cover your mortgage, or even add a little profit on top.
Life is too short to be spent cooped up in the rat race. You should take some time out to reflect on your life, to enjoy yourself, and to live comfortably and happily. After all, you only get one shot at creating the life of your dreams. Living by the waterfront is the perfect way to ease yourself into a relaxed lifestyle.
It is important to remember to look for all the normal things when you view condos that are situated on the waterfront. Ask about plumbing, any damp spots, how long the property has been vacant, and what the dimensions of the rooms are, amongst other things. You should also ask for information about the tides, any hurricanes or monsoons, and how busy with tourists the area can get. All of these things may affect your decision when it comes to choosing the right condo for you.
