Government Grants Can Help You and the Economy

If you are a woman, a minority, or a person with poor credit, there is help available to you in the form of government grants. These grants can get you started on a good track financially. The government and private institutions are working together to make this possible.

The free wire service found online at www.prweb.com released an interesting article on September 15 th, 2004 from All Press Releases (August 27, 2004) concerning government grants. The headline reads, “Government Grants and Work at Home Jobs Offer Relief in Economic Slowdown.” This article highlights some important things that you should know if you are interested in getting government grants.

Maybe you just lost your job, or like many of us, you have credit problems. You want to find a solution to your financial situation but nobody wants to help somebody in your position. This can be very frustrating, but now there is good news. PRWeb ( Washington, DC) reports that if these circumstances are hindering you, you now have more prospects. If you want to start a business, buy a home, or get a new car, there is good news. The government is now joining with private lending institutions for the purpose of stimulating the national economy. They want to make it easier for women, minorities, and people suffering from poor credit to receive low interest loans.

Also noted here is that President Bush announced a breakthrough for Faith Based and Community Organizations. DC reports that, “Policies have been lifted which prohibited them from receiving government funding based on religious affiliations.” This means that religion-based community organizations and churches now have a chance to compete for federal dollars. Here is more of the good news: Michael Greene, who is a researcher for Government publications in Washington, DC, has reported something which could be very helpful to a lot of people. He states that, “There are billions of dollars in grants and loans earmarked for people previously identified as credit risks” (PRWeb, Sept, 15, 2004).

You can use these grants to consolidate debts, or for almost any purpose that is worthwhile, including starting a business or making a large purchase. There is additional good news. Financial resources are now available to help those who are unemployed to get job training. This is designed to further the goal of helping them to re-enter the job market. Act now if you want your government grants (for a good cause!).

It is interesting to note that there are some programs which are reduced-cost or free to help those who are challenged economically and recently without work. Some of these programs can help people with dental and vision care, prescriptions, or legal aid. People can get a CD-Rom from Government Publications that will provide the information on these programs. On it is found free government grants information and loan information. As President Bush has stated, “The entrepreneurial spirit in America is healthy. It is a great strength of our country. If you feel like you’ve got what it takes to start a business, if you want to go out on your own, you think you’ve got a good product, the country says, we welcome you to do so” (PRWeb, Sept. 15, 2004). How encouraging is that?

The CD-Rom goes for $39.95. You can get more information at www.capitalpublications.com, www.governmentgrants-us.com, and www.online-survey-jobs.com. You can also call 800-306-0873 or 800-416-0712.
